Bible.com Ministries Merchandise Return Policy

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
Any purchase made from Christ Unlimited Ministries may be returned for full refund of purchase price if we are notified within 30 days after receipt of the order. Exceptions are special closeouts  and all of our Bibles By The Case Program sales. All sales are final on those products. Other returned merchandise must be received by our office in  saleable condition. Shipping & handling charges will only be refunded in the event of an incorrect shipment or damaged merchandise. You must notify us by letter, telephone call or email for instructions as to the proper address these must be returned.  Purchases paid for by credit card will be credited back to that account. Personal check, money orders, cashier's check or cash payments will be issued a check for the amount of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the receipt of the item(s) back to our office or our warehouse. When returning merchandise, please let us know the problem in your notification.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER:
Cancellation of an order may be done anytime after the order is placed by phone, letter or email. Credit card orders that have been processed will be credited back to the account. Personal check, money orders, cashier's check or cash payments will be issued a check for the amount of purchase. In the event that your order has already been shipped you may refuse delivery. If your order has arrived, we ask that you return it to our offices.

ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED
BY OUR OFFICE IN SALEABLE CONDITION.
